Kingwood City Limits (KCL) is a FREE outdoor music festival at Kingwood Town Center Park featuring local live music on Saturday, March 28th and will run from 11 a.m. to 10 PM with local bands playing throughout the day and evening from multiple stages at Kingwood Town Center Park.
